A compact 450 square foot downtown condominium posed lots of design challenges. By using custom, multifunctional pieces, we were able to include a versatile dining room, pull out bed for guests and a double wall bed with lots of closet space.
Art as A Focal Point
575 square feet never looked better! This living room is furnished with compact furniture pieces in neutral colours and original art that ads loads of colour and personality!
Soji Room Dividers
Custom room dividers were built to create different rooms in this authentic raw loft space. Frosted glass was inset into the Soji panels to lighten the visual impact and pay homage to our clients’ Japanese roots.
Loads of Visual Texture
This den is super cozy with the combination of materials and finishes. Mosaic tiles add plenty of texture and visual depth to this custom bar while floating shelves create space to display various bottles and glasses.
Custom wall bed
A pull out wall bed and custom cabinetry create a very multifunctional home office – guest room. The use of white lacquer on these pieces creates an open and airy feel in a compact room.
Dramatic Lighting
Recessed halogen lighting above this custom storage bed not only creates a warm and inviting space it’s also very practical! Neutral fabrics and finishes create a sophisticated contemporary feel.
Environmentally Friendly Living
This multifunctional coffee table can easily be turned into extra seating with its removable trays. The flap down storage front also allows for lots of extra storage which is great for a compact living space.

This bedroom features a custom queen wall bed with storage. Perfect for our client who works from home and requires her bed to be easily tucked away when clients come by.
